Download Quantum & Huebsch Command Software
- Install the software on your computer. If you don't have the software, please contact Brittany Pettineo- brittanyp@aaxon.com and she will get you in touch with our IT department.
- Log in to your MyAlliance account.
- Contact Brittany if you don't have an account or can't log in.
- In the search bar, type "Huebsch Command Location Form" or "Speed Queen Insights Location Form." You will have to scroll to the very bottom to find the link.
- Tag them to save as favorites. To do this go back to your homescreen by clicking the Alliance logo. Under "My Dashboard" hit the box with the pen inside.
- Find the two forms and tag them like shown in this photo.

- Once tagged, click the Alliance logo again and you will see the forms right on your dashboard for easy access.

Installation Type
- Select Vend
- Networking- please fill this out with your customer so the store is configured properly
Fill out the Form
- Network: Click "Gateways" and "Network Boards." If you're selling, "payment center" or "value center you will have to click those too.
- Network Boards Question: Select "Yes."
- Location Name: Name of laundromat
- Location Billing/Admin Info: Enter either SLE
- Address: Enter the physical address.
- Currency: Click the currency button to select "$."
- Location Admin: Re-enter the owner's information.
- Gateway ID: Add this later, after installation.
- Location Pin: A 6-character pin (usually the laundry's name). The app will use this so it's important you ask the owner what they want it to be. For example, Clean Wave Laundry's pin could be 3101CW (address of clean wave and clean wave abbreviated)
- Stack Dryer Pockets: 10 dryers = 20 pockets.
- Signage: Choose English or Spanish.
- Signage Shipping Location: Recommend shipping to your home or office. Track the shipment. You don't want to lose these items!
App Set Up
- List of Machines: Select "No" unless customer requests a list.
- Multi-location: Depends on the owner's setup.
- Payment Wallet: Recommend selecting "Yes" (goes to the owner).
- Mobile Wallet Deposit: Select based on customer preference; click the "i" for guidance.
- Maximum App Deposit: Set to $100 (unless customer requests otherwise).
- Machine Nodding: Examples are below.
- Washers: 1-35
- Dryers: 36-64 (each dryer pocket has its own number).
- Cellular/Internet: Select "Yes."
- Technical Support: Select "Yes."
- Customer Contact: Choose "Yes" or "No," depending on the customer.
- Anticipated Gateway Install: This date is when you or our service tech will physically be at the store with the gateways.
Huebsch Care
- Select all options as "No."
Payment Information
- See PDF links below and send to customer so they can set up account. Customers must have an account set up with First American Payment Systems to accept mobile payment.

- The consultant must follow up with software support my.alliance@alliancels.com to let them know your form was submitted and what date you plan to be at the store.

Kiosoft Set Up
Place Order
- Place order through SLE or Aaxon Submission portal.
Fill out the Kiosoft Intake Form
- Form- Intake Form All
- Include a screenshot of the model numbers in the "attachment" box on the intake form. We suggest you take a screenshot of the model numbers from the contract.

Washboard
- An email will be sent to set up your washboard account.
- Follow the steps to deploy the location
Lead Times
- Standard Payment Systems: 2-3 weeks for the actual hardware (readers, kiosks, modems, etc.)
- Soap &Standard Vending Machines: 3 weeks is our latest average for standard configuration machines. Admittedly, this was a lot higher in the recent past. We made personnel and process changes that have sped the this up significantly.
- Custom Cards: These are approximately 6 weeks from approval of the final artwork proof. This has been sped up recently now that we ship cards into the US via Air, instead of freight container.
- Coin Products (e.g. Boxes): These are at about 5-7 business days for standard types and key sets. Custom Key code orders are a minimum of 60 days (they have to be manufactured and shipped from our factory in Vietnam).
